Adam is responsible for the strategic direction and business operations of Digital Channels (desktop and mobile) servicing Scotiabank’s Small Business, Commercial and Corporate customers, including cash management onboarding and servicing platforms.  Adam also leads the team overseeing the end-to-end Customer Experience strategy for cash management products & services focused on simplifying and optimizing the customer journey.  Adam began his career building and managing Customer Contact and Service Provisioning Centres within the telecommunications industry, and then held a variety of product and marketing roles within e-business before joining Scotiabank in 2007.  At Scotiabank, Adam has held progressively more senior roles in digital banking within retail and small business prior to joining Global Business Payments in 2016.  

Adam has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph, a Masters in Social Work from the University of Toronto, and an MBA from Warwick Business School in the UK.  Adam enjoys spending time at the cottage in the summer with his 3 children, loves to read, and is an avid gamer in his spare time.
