Eric Woodward is group president of risk solutions, leading the Early Warning risk product line. His team focuses on the safety and soundness of the company’s Zelle® payments network as well as its legacy authentication, identity and regulatory products.

Prior to joining Early Warning as an employee, Woodward served on the company’s Management Committee as a representative of Bank of America. While working as a managing director at Bank of America, he facilitated the financial institution’s initial investment into Early Warning. He also co-founded Bank of America’s Strategic Investments Group where he invested more than $1 billion in financial services-related companies. Prior to Bank of America, he led the technology investment banking group at Credit Suisse and oversaw the completion of more than $6 billion of financings and acquisitions.

Woodward received a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Colorado, an M.B.A. from the University of California Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, and holds a CPA license.
