Eugene Elias, Jr. is the Chief Operating Officer and a founding partner of Atria Wealth Solutions, a modern wealth management solutions holding company launched in 2017. Based out of the company’s New York City office, Eugene is responsible for the firm’s overall platform strategy for technology, operations, communications, and transition management. He has more than 20 years of experience running wealth management businesses, technology and operations.

Prior to founding Atria, Eugene was responsible for Morgan Stanley’s client and advisor platforms, leading key initiatives such as the rollout of the client‐facing mobile applications and redesign of the advisor workstation and client website. Eugene spent six years in Europe running Morgan Stanley’s international technology platform for their EMEA and Asian International Private Wealth Management businesses. Eugene was also the CIO of Zions Bancorporation’s newly created wealth management unit, Contango Capital Advisors, where he designed and implemented the business’ operating platform.

Eugene is proud to have started his career as a financial advisor as it provides him with a unique perspective into creating solutions that meet their needs. Eugene has spent his career focused on deepening advisors’ relationships with digital tools that allow them to be more efficient and grow their practices. In keeping with that focus, Eugene, along with his two partners, founded Atria as a modern wealth management solutions holding company whose subsidiaries will provide a next generation set of services and capabilities that support growth and enable financial advisors to prosper in a digitally connected and evolving financial landscape. He holds an undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University and a Master of Arts from American University.

Eugene lives in Connecticut with his wife Vanessa and their three lovely daughters. He spends the winter season skiing and cooking, and in the summer can be found tending his vegetable garden, camping, hiking and playing tennis.
