Don leads the market intelligence and strategy function for Fiserv’s Payments Management Solutions business, conducting analysis around market, competitive and regulatory forces, events and trends used to inform Fiserv’s business and product strategy decisions.
Don’s background is multi-faceted, covering corporate finance, corporate banking and financial services technology. He has managed corporate treasury, risk management, financial planning and analysis, and strategic planning activities in the consumer packaged goods and agribusiness sectors. His banking experience includes stints directing strategic planning, product management, client consulting and sales and market development functions for treasury management services in Top 20 U.S. banks. In addition to his current role at Fiserv, he has also led business strategy and product management for a business unit of a leading Fintech company providing treasury information and payments capabilities to large corporations and other commercial clients of the Top 100 banks globally.
Throughout his career he been a frequent speaker at professional conferences, meetings and symposia on a broad range of financial and risk management topics, and his articles and comments have appeared in a variety of publications including Financial Executive, Operational Risk & Regulation, the ABA Banking Journal, and others. He is a contributing author to the Corporate Treasury Management Manual.
