Dean has spent most of his career to delivering digital financial experiences that delight users. He has served in product and development leadership roles while working at both banks and FinTech companies for more than 15 years. Based on his extensive experience, he has developed in-depth knowledge of digital solutions that serve both consumer and businesses, working with financial industry executives across the world to develop digital products that provide a full financial experience for their customers, enabling banks and credit unions to grow and deepen primary financial relationships.
Dean joined Q2 in 2018 as the Vice President of Product Marketing and Shared Services at Q2, where he works across the organization to launch digital products that change the way consumer and business users engage with their financial institution. He plays a key role in establishing Q2 product strategies that are aligned with market needs and assuring that Q2 products exceed the expectations of both the financial institutions and the customers they serve.
