Jason Carone is a Director of Product Management for Silicon Valley Bank. In this role, he is one of the bank’s experts in payments and payment systems. While he has long overseen SVB’s Automated Clearing House (ACH) product, he is also pioneering next-generation payment solutions to help clients optimize their businesses.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Automated Clearing House Association (Nacha) and has worked with that organization in variety of industry forums, committees and advisory groups over the past 20 years.

Jason has held a variety of positions at banks and bank software companies over the last two decades. Prior to joining SVB in 2010, he served as a Vice President for Zions Bank where he oversaw several treasury management product lines for eight affiliate banks, and eventually managed Zion’s entire small business online banking solution. Jason has also worked for P&H Solutions (now ACI Worldwide), Financial Fusion (now Sybase) and U.S. Bank.  He received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Utah and has earned certifications as a Certified Treasury Professional, Accredited ACH Professional, as well as an Accredited Payments Risk Professional.

In his free time, Jason is involved with a number of non-profits, and enjoys technology of all sorts, building things, and being outdoors.  He’s worked with the US Luge Association in a variety of capacities and is an international luge official.  He was also a past president of both the Wasatch Luge Club and the National Sports Foundation.  He resides in Park City, Utah.
