Kevin is an accomplished Executive and Non-Executive Board Member/Chairman undertaking a wider portfolio career deploying his extensive Payment and Fund industry knowledge and board experience in selected advisory and non-executive director roles both in the UK and Internationally. Kevin is a career banker with 35 years of experience, formally Global Head of Transaction Services for RBS where he also had responsibility for Payments and Fund Services. He has been heavily involved in the development of payments globally including leadership in the delivery of Faster Payments in the UK, SEPA in Europe and payment modernisation in Australia, US and Canada. He is an industry expert and speaker on Global Transaction Banking, Payments & Treasury/Funds business and regulatory issues; and is a European Women Payments Network male ally.

He is currently Independent Member of the Bank of England RTGS/CHAPS Board and the Risk Committee; and Chair of CHAPS Strategic Advisory Forum; a member of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Regulatory Decisions Committee and the Payment Systems Regulator (PSR), Enforcement Decisions Committee; he is Chair of Audit, Risk & Governance and Senior Independent Board member of the Phone-paid Services Authority (Regulating premium phone/text activity and in-app purchases in the UK; and Founding Angel Investor, Form3 Financial Cloud (cloud based end to end ‘Payments As A Service’ technology provider).
