Frank Muusse is Head of Treasury at C&A with the primary objective to setup and build the treasury function.

Frank has more than 15 years of experience in financial services and Treasury where he progressed in several managerial positions, including at Royal Philips, KPN and Wolters Kluwer. He has a broad treasury experience both in geographic scope as treasury topics like debt issuances, SEPA implementation, and business transformations like the IPO of Philips Lighting.

Frank has a Master in Business Economics from the VU University Amsterdam, The Netherlands and is registered at the Institute of Management Accountants, United States, as Management Accountant and Financial Manager. Extracurricular he is a board member of the IMA chapter Amsterdam, board of trustees and guest lecturer Corporate Finance.
