Mark Smith, Global Head of Liquidity Products, Goldman Sachs Transaction Banking (TxB)

Mark Smith joined Goldman Sachs TxB in 2019 as Global Head of Liquidity Products.  Based in New York, he is responsible for developing, marketing and managing all of TxB’s products relating to deposits, cash concentration, money market fund sweeps and Virtual Integrated Accounts. 

Prior to joining the Goldman Sachs, Mark was head of Global Liquidity at Bank of America, where he managed the firm's corporate deposit portfolio and led major growth and change initiatives. Before that, Mark was chief operating officer and chief financial officer for Transaction Banking at Bank of America. Earlier in his career, Mark held various roles in finance in London and Hong Kong.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Bristol in the UK, and is a UK chartered accountant.
