Tanya is Treasury Director at Baptist Health Care based in the US. Tanya has more than 16 years of treasury management experience in a variety of industries around the globe. She holds a professional designation of Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). Tanya helps businesses thrive and accelerate their growth by implementing the leading–edge technology solutions along with the best practices in cash management, working capital optimization and reducing costs associated with treasury operations and attracting capital. 

Most recently, Tanya was with Centric Brands, a multinational fashion and apparel company headquartered in New York. Earlier in her career she managed treasury affairs of X5 Retail Group, the largest retail company in Russia operating over 13 000 food stores with $ 22 bln of yearly turnover at the time, and over 250 000 employees, reporting directly to the group Treasurer. She is a National award winner recognized for her achievements in implementing electronic factoring technology to the Supply Chain Financing business practice in Russia. Tanya serves as a Board Member of the North Carolina Treasury Management Association, and contributes to the treasury community as an educator and a speaker.
