Keia Cole is Head of Digital Experience at MassMutual. She leads the development of innovative customer-centric technology solutions for MassMutual clients. Keia is responsible for driving MassMutual’s digital transformation efforts including design and build of MassMutual’s web and mobile properties. Previously, Keia was Head of Customer Experience Strategy at MassMutual.
Prior to MassMutual, Keia served as a political appointee at the U.S. Department of Education during President Obama’s administration, was a litigator at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, and a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley. She has an undergraduate degree from Harvard and a JD/MBA from Stanford.
