Julie Lane is a leader in digital strategy and customer experience defining and delivering B2C and B2B solutions that wow customers and deliver business impact.

With over 15 years in Financial Services across Bank, Non-Bank and FinTech, Julie and her teams have defined and led strategies focused on acquisition, portfolio retention, cross sell, servicing and business development.  Julie is a technically fluent marketer who has grown brands, developed lead generation programs and implemented self-serve high tech + high touch initiatives.  She teaches and presents at a number of colleges and conferences sharing her knowledge of human centered experiences, digital strategy and modern data driven marketing.

Julie earned her MBA from LaSalle University, earned two patents for design innovation and as a continual learner, she strive to complete at least one certificate program a year.  Most recently, design thinking, journey analytics and AI/data science.  She serves as an advisor to several Fintechs and sits on the board of several Mortgage industry groups.
