Ben Soccorsy manages the enterprise money movement and consumer API team in the Strategy, Digital and Innovation Group at Wells Fargo, including the Secure Data Exchange and Control Tower programs. Prior to this role, Ben was head of digital payments in Wells Fargo Virtual Channels, responsible for consumer and small business payments products including Digital Wallets and Zelle, among others. Ben also previously led strategy and partner management for the digital product management team.

Before joining the company’s digital team, Ben managed Consumer Lending products at Wells Fargo, including the relaunch of the unsecured personal loan product.

Prior to Wells Fargo, Ben worked at Blue Shield of California in performance management, as a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting focusing on financial services/health care and in retirement benefits consulting.

Ben is an active member of several industry organizations. He is co-chair of the board of the Financial Data Exchange (FDX) of which Wells Fargo is a founding member. Ben is also a member of The Clearing House’s Connected Banking Steering Committee, and serves on the board of Akoya.

Ben began his career as a Senate Staffer on Capitol Hill. He received a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and a MBA from Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
