Nikki Katz leads strategy and delivery of digital experiences for Bank of America’s Wealth Management clients, focusing on driving client acquisition, retention and development through the seamless integration of client interactions across digital and physical platforms. Nikki is also responsible for creating and delivering Bank of America’s overall suite of leading-edge Mobile and Online Banking experiences to more than 65 million Consumer, Small Business, and Wealth clients.

Prior to joining the bank in 2018, Katz was vice president of Technology at Disney’s Parks, Experiences, and Consumer Products segment, where she led Disney’s retail, e-commerce, digital media, and gaming technology teams. Katz is an experienced digital strategy, product, design, and engineering leader. She launched her career as a software engineer at Yahoo and became a leader in driving digital transformation, delivery, and innovation across advertising, education, media, entertainment, and finance organizations.

Katz holds a holds a Bachelor of Science in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University. She is a passionate advocate and thought leader in furthering opportunities for women and girls in STEAM and engineering. Katz resides in Los Angeles with her family.
