Casey Dorsey leads the Small Business Segment, Product & Strategy team which includes Business Card, Business Line of Credit, Business Real Estate Financing, as well as delivering customer focused initiatives across the Small Business community.  Additionally, she is responsible for the segment’s strategy, digital, analytic and banker facing content & training functions.

She has spent over 27 years in financial services leading product, strategy, marketing and channel teams. She began her career at Capital One focused on direct to consumer Credit Card acquisition marketing activities, including doing international Card work within the UK.  She then moved to Bank of America where she had various leadership roles supporting both the Consumer and Small Business Credit Card. After 10 years in the Card business, she transitioned to take a product leadership role within the Deposits business, growing the Deposits business to record levels.  In 2009, she became the Mass Affluent Segment Executive, helping the company transition from a product focused business model to a more customer centric model to bring banking and investing together in new ways.  In 2011, she became the Head of Digital Sales creating the multi year road map to grow all the consumer businesses through this increasingly important channel. 

In 2013, she joined Wells Fargo to lead digital sales and marketing efforts for Deposits, Lending, Wealth, Insurance and Small Business and then became the Head of Digital Customer Experience helping to transform digital experiences for customers so they can bank any where, any time.

Today, she is the Small Business Segment, Product & Strategy leader supporting the needs of Small Business owners and entrepreneurs by making banking easy, personal and helpful.
