Kendra leads Accenture’s North America wealth management practice, which serves an extensive range of international and local financial firms in the US & Canada. With 20 years of broker dealer experience, Kendra is a leading expert on the future of wealth management and on the emerging wealthtech ecosystem driving innovation for clients. In her current role, she directs the vision and strategy for the practice and delivers leading solutions to help wealth managers thrive in the digital era of wealth management and realize hybrid advice models.

Kendra joined Accenture in 2007 as a manager focused on large process transformation, customer strategy and CRM in capital markets. Prior to joining Accenture, she held distinguished roles in strategy and marketing at financial services firms in Canada, Australia and the UK. Kendra also has extensive experience with post-merger integration and distribution strategy for retail banking and brokerage, and brings front office expertise to complex change situations in financial services.

Kendra is an author of numerous thought leadership publications and an active blogger and social media influencer. She is a frequent speaker at major industry conferences (i.e. Sibos, SIFMA, IIAC and In|Vest) on the topic of digital revolutions in financial firms.
