Ryan is laser-focused on building and motivating a team that is responsible for delivering industry-leading client service to clients of SS&C Advent’s Black Diamond Wealth Platform. He is a passionate advocate for clients, striving proactively to help them get the most value from the platform while keeping their operations humming smoothly.

Ryan joined the SS&C Advent team in 2009 and has held various client service roles. Before that, he worked in settlement services at Merrill Lynch. He holds a BS in Finance from the University of North Florida.
