Tracy Pearce is a banking and payments industry veteran leading the Bank Channel at Bill.com. She works with many of the nation’s largest financial institutions to bring the best in payment innovation to their business client—and bring the bank to the center of their business clients’ back offices.

Pearce began her career in banking where she gained experience in Sales Process, Commercial Banking, and Treasury Management Services, and over the last 20 years has taken leading roles in the banking and financial services SaaS industry.

Prior to joining Bill.com, Tracy led various teams with high growth companies, including Q2eBanking where she focused on consultation and execution of cloud based, secure digital banking solutions; ACI Worldwide, a global payments company focused on digital banking, payments and enterprise fraud; as well as MineralTree, focusing on modernizing accounts payable workflows with Bank partners.

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Personal Finance from the University of Missouri, Columbia. With two amazing sons, one in High School and another in College, she is the ultimate 'boy mom'.  She has a passion for endurance sports, including marathons and cycling, and is an avid college basketball fan.
