Kelly leads the financial services strategy for solutions, ecosystems, and strategic partnerships at Red Hat. She is a transformation strategist who partners with executives to drive client-centric transformation within the financial services industry. Over the past 15 years, she has dedicated her professional career to breaking down barriers and delivering holistic solutions that improve the associate and customer experience.

Kelly previously was the Senior Vice President for Reengineering at Citi where she was at the forefront of the transformation, leveraging emerging technologies, leading both the bank and its retail partners to envision the next generation of digital banking. Kelly has received numerous awards, including Transformation Leader of the Year in the 2018 Women in IT Awards.
