Claire is the Portfolio Owner of the Bank of APIs at NatWest Group. She has over 15 years’ experience leading the delivery of complex technology change programmes across financial services, higher education and local government. This includes the implementation of Open Banking for NatWest Group and the creation of Bank of APIs. Claire is passionate about delivering great customer experiences and is excited to be looking beyond regulator mandates at the opportunities the externalisation of banking services can bring.
