Jonas Ng is Head of Commercial Digital for KeyBank, leading Digital Product, Online/Mobile Banking, retail transformation strategies, client self-service, digital personalization, and Partnerships/Business Development for Key’s commercial banking (Commercial, Middle Market, Small Business, and Enterprise Payments) businesses. 

Prior to KeyBank, Jonas worked at Nationwide, Discover Card, Enova Financial, MBNA America (Bank of America), and several start-ups and consulting boutiques in a variety of roles in Product, Digital, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Strategy, Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Innovation. 

Jonas has served as a speaker and author on a variety of topics, including banking transformation, digital innovation, fraud, loyalty/rewards marketing, A/I and machine learning, and Diversity & Inclusion strategy.  He served on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Central OH; is the recipient of the OCA Corporate Achievement Award; was a Roundtable member of the White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders; and has received NQAPIA's Community Catalyst Award.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University and lives with his family outside Cleveland, OH.
