Brent Reston is senior vice president and the head of Digital Channels, responsible for designing and launching the next generation of digital experiences for clients, including the mobile application, online platforms, digital self-service, payments and move money, digital credit card, personal lending, mortgage, and auto loan sales and service.

Before joining Wells Fargo, Brent held several leadership roles at Bank of America. Most recently, he was head of Client Service Transformation and Platforms for Consumer and Small Business Banking where he drove client servicing improvements across channels, from digital self-service and IVR capabilities to assisted interactions via chat and phone calls. Previously, Brent was head of Digital Sales and Service for Consumer and Small Business banking, responsible for online and mobile banking sales and account servicing for all products. He has also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Preferred and Small Business banking and held roles in corporate strategy in Global Banking and Markets at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, based in London, Singapore, and New York. Before joining Merrill Lynch, Brent worked in corporate valuation at Duff & Phelps, a global financial advisory and investment banking firm based in London.

Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Brent holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder. He is based in San Francisco with his wife and three daughters.
