We hope you all are looking forward to coming to Boston in January!  Our meeting and guest rooms will be at The Omni Parker House. 

Please Click "Register Now" to confirm your attendance at the winter meeting.  If you will be needing a guest room at the Omni Parker House, please notice the instructions during the registration process to book your own guest room.

The deadline to book your own room is January 4th (but please don’t wait until then!).  If any of you have special requests or needs, please let us know ASAP. 

We will have a welcome reception on Tuesday evening, January 22, at the hotel.  Please join us if you are in town!  The all company meeting will start Wednesday morning January 23 and last all day, followed by a company party.  On Thursday January 24, department meetings will start at 8:00am and likely end about 12:00/1:00PM.

**At this year’s All Company Meeting, we will be awarding some special awards to recognize collaboration across the company.

 

Please send Jennifer your nominations for the best collaboration(s) you’ve witnessed this year. Including (but not limited to): best collaborations between sales and analysts teams, best collaborations between research and support teams, and/or best cross-collaborations between research practices.  Please send your nominations by this Wednesday January 16 at 5:00 PM EST. We will then select some finalists, and ask you to vote. The top three collaborations will receive a prize.

**IT Support at meeting: If you haven’t already, let me know if you need your laptop looked at during the meetings. I’ll add you to IT’s list. Do remember that even if you’re on their list, it’s you’re responsibility to give me or Matthew your laptop, and to collect it at the end of the meeting.
