Paul Tidwell spent the first half of his career in software engineering across financial services, manufacturing, and ERP before moving into professional services. With a passion for bringing together high-performing engineers and a deep appreciation for compelling user experiences, he joined projekt202 in 2013 to establish the development practice in Austin, Texas. With the successful growth of that team and the company, he moved into the corporate development team and supported growth into the east and west coast regions of the US by leading large-scale delivery efforts across a number of industries before founding the global financial services practice for projekt202 in 2021.
